Mission Statement
HMD strives to create and present quality artistic work that is challenging to the brain, yet oddly accessible to the soul. Using quirky, sensual, athletic choreography featuring dark humor and intriguing characters, HMD invites its audience to explore, expose, and embrace the soft and seamy underbelly of the human condition. Utilizing professional production values, good business practices, and well-rehearsed, uniquely talented performers, the company endeavors to present work to its audiences that is of the highest caliber on all levels.

The Organization
HMD is fiscally sponsored by Dancers Group, a nonprofit organization incorporated under Section 501(c)3 of the Internal Revenue Service code. Income from ticket sales covers only a portion of HMD expenses. In addition to grants from government, foundation, and corporations, HMD relies on your generosity to produce at the high standard of artistry that is the HMD hallmark.
